Royal Botanic Garden Sydney - Near the Main Pond

At our Sydney events, it is not possible to rent outdoor seating. You may still bring along your own chairs, so please plan accordingly! Please note that high rise chairs may be positioned further back so as to not obstruct the view of other patrons. 

Public Transport Train: The nearest station is Martin Place (T4 – South Coast Line). St James and Circular Quay (T2 – Airport, Inner West and South Line and T3 - Bankstown Line) are also near by. ‍ Bus: You can take the bus to Martin Place or Circular Quay on route 441. Route 200 stops on Macquarie St near the Palace Garden Gate during peak hours on weekday mornings and evenings. ‍ 

Ferry: You can reach the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney by Ferry ride to Circular Quay, then walking up Macquarie Street heading south to enter the gardens via Conservatorium Gate. Driving Mrs Macquaries Road Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ‍ 

 Parking: The nearest parking is available on the street of Mrs Macquaries Rd. Further undercover parking is also available at the Domain Car Park. Accessible Parking is available near the Wooloomooloo Gate and outside the Art Gallery of NSW. ‍

 The performance will be located near The Main Pond, Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. ‍ You may enter the Garden via any entrance. Accessible and pram entrance is located through the Morshead Gate on Shakespeare Pl or the Conservatorium Gate Macquarie St.  ‍

Tickets to all our productions can be purchased online via our ticketing system or Ticketmaster. You can also call our box office directly on 03 8676 7511 (9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday when shows are on, or 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday during off-peak). 

 Our box office is open on site one-hour before every performance. Tickets can be purchased from the box office on site from 1-hour prior to the show, subject to availability.
