What You Need to Know

⏳ Processing Time

Ticket exchanges are processed manually by our box office team during office hours.

• Exchanges are handled in order of submission

• During busy periods (such as poor weather), processing may take 24–48 hours

⏰ Exchange Deadlines

• Family Theatre:
  Exchanges must be submitted at least 1 hour before the performance

• Under the Stars / Shakespeare / Music / Indoor Events:
  Exchanges must be submitted at least 3 hours before the performance

💳 Fees & Charges

• No exchange fee applies

• If you move to a higher-priced performance (e.g. off-peak to peak), you’ll only pay the difference in ticket price
