Elyse Phelan

Elyse Phelan is a Townsville born actor for stage and screen. Getting her start with Townsville based theatre company TheatreiNQ, Elyse trained in their acclaimed Bridge Project for a number of years to become their apprentice professional and work as a professional ensemble member. After working with companies such as TheatreiNQ and QLD Theatre, Elyse then went on to study a Bachelor of Acting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing arts. Since graduating in 2023, Elyse has been working with the Australian Shakespeare Co’s school program, played Rosalind in TheatreiNQ’s 2024 As You Like It and appeared in advertisements for Purina, Aus Tennis and Chefgood. This is Elyse’s first professional production with the Australian Shakespeare Company.
