Dr Rhett Martin is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Queensland, specialising in business law, environmental law, and sustainability regulation. With a career spanning academia, legal practice, and publishing, his work focuses on the intersection of law, sustainable governance, and ecological protection. He is Editor of the International Journal of Agriculture Law and Sustainability and has taught across business law, ethics, environmental law, corporate governance, and finance law at leading Australian universities.
