Ticket exchanges are sometimes necessary for our patrons due to weather conditions, family illness, unexpected emergencies or other.
Ticket holders may exchange their bookings for another date or time, subject to availability.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you are making a cancellation on the day of a performance, your request will be honoured from the timestamp of the submission in accordance with the deadlines below.
Once your form is submitted, there is no need to submit another or send an additional email. Our box office staff will handle these requests in order of submission and will respond with a message of completion once the exchange has been processed.
Requesting an exchange or credit note converts your original booking into credit to complete this process.
Please Note: Requesting an exchange or credit note converts your original booking into credit to complete this process. This now becomes the source payment of any new or future bookings. In the event of a performance cancellation of the new booking, requested refunds will be converted back to a credit note only.
Exchanges are a manual process and competed in order of submission by a box office team member during office hours.
This process may take between 24-48 hours to complete during high traffic times, such as during inclement weather.
Family Theatre:
Submission cut off is 1-hour prior to the start of the show.
Under the Stars:
Submission cut off is 3-hours prior to the start of the show.
(Includes Shakespeare, Classic Texts, Music & Indoor Events)
There is no fee for an exchange.
However, if you are exchanging to a performance with tickets of a different price, (ie: off-peak performance to peak performance), you will be required to pay the balance.
