What You Need to Know
ASC's Exchange Policy is not applicable to Musical Theatre Performances, such as HAIR The Musical. Please refer to venue's policy.
⏳ Processing Time
Ticket exchanges are processed manually by our box office team during office hours.

Exchanges are handled in order of submission

During busy periods (such as poor weather), processing may take 24–48 hours
⏰ Exchange Deadlines

Family Theatre:
Exchanges must be submitted at least 1 hour before the performance -
Under the Stars / Shakespeare / Music / Indoor Events:
Exchanges must be submitted at least 3 hours before the performance
💳 Fees & Charges

No exchange fee applies

If you move to a higher-priced performance (e.g. off-peak to peak), you may need pay the difference in ticket price
