Ticket exchanges
are sometimes necessary for our patrons due to weather conditions, family illness, unexpected emergencies, COVID related situations or other. You can exchange tickets for another performance date, subject to availability (conditions apply).


Exchange tickets online by filling out our form below. There is no charge for this.
A member of our box office team will handle this request within 24 - 48 hours. Please note that during high traffic times such as during a show cancellation or across the weekend, response wait times may be closer to 48 hours.

If a performance is cancelled due to weather, you are eligible for a reschedule or a lifetime credit note for the face value of your tickets. This is valid for any ASC production in Australia.

For Shakespeare performances (such as the Comedy of Errors), all exchanges must be submitted 3-hours prior to the show start time.
For
Family Theatre, (such as The Wind in the Willows) all exchanges must be submitted 1-hour prior to the show start time.

Exchange tickets over the phone
We prefer to receive requests for exchanges via this form due to the high volume of requests.
However, if you would like to discuss options for your exchange, you can also call us in the Box Office to exchange tickets. Our number is (03) 8676 7511.
PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods, we often can not take exchanges over the phone and will refer you to this form. This often happens during times of inclement weather, where dates will fill up fast and requests will be subject to availability. In this instance we will handle requests in order of submission.

Fees
Changes made via the online form are free! If you are changing your tickets to a performance with a different price level, you will need to pay the difference.
