Please Note: Expect our policies to change as we receive Government advice and/or changes to current restrictions and venue policies. Continue to watch this space for the latest updates.
As currently outlined in the State Government’s COVID-19 roadmap for the return to entertainment and live theatre, all attendees
aged 18+ (VIC) and aged 18+ (NSW) will be required to show proof of vaccination, including an exemption, to participate as an audience member this season. We understand that full vaccination is no longer required to attend events in NSW, however, as the OMICRON wave continues we feel it is in the our audience's best interest to maintain this level of caution.
There are four types of evidence that will be accepted:
Please stay home if you or your child/family member:
Maintain a safe distance from others booking groups. Arrive with your full party so we can allocate you ample space. Once seated, don't move your group/belongings from your allocated space.
Please follow current health and safety rules surrounding mask wearing as directed by the state government and DHHS.
Contactless payment is used at each of our events and where possible, we have installed protective screens at the box office.
Please wash your hands before and after using toilet facilities and sanitise your hands regularly using the products provided within our event sites.
Our event sites are cleaned professionally on a regular basic and surfaces that come into common contact are regularly sanitised by our on-site team.
Upon arrival, temperature checks may be carried out at the box office during ticket validation. Only one person can be assessed at any one time, so please wait to be called forward.
We encourage you carefully consider your travel options to the event - and use a car, motorcycle, bicycle or walk to the event site where possible.
If have experienced any of the circumstances as listed above, please do not attend the event. Our box office staff are more than happy to exchange your tickets free of charge.
