1. Performances General

The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary ticket prices, and/or vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

The right of admission is reserved by the venue and/or the ASC. Use of cameras, video and audio recorders and other recording devices is not permitted during the performance.

If a performance is cancelled due to an Act of God, natural disaster, or for any other cause reasonably beyond the agent's control, there is no right of refund or exchange, and no obligation is assured by the ASC for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.

2. Ticket Refunds

As a condition of sale, there are no ticket refunds or cancellations once your booking is complete except in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Inclement Weather Policy

If the Australian Shakespeare Company cancels the performance due to inclement weather your tickets will be valid for another performance during the same production season (call 03 8676 7511 or 02 9011 7704 to re-book). If it is not possible for you to attend another performance during the same production season we provide a credit note for the value of your tickets (not including any handling fees), valid for at least 12 months from your original performance date. A credit note will only be offered if the performance is cancelled. When a performance is cancelled in advance of the start time due to inclement weather we will attempt to inform ticket holders by SMS or telephone.

4. Walking With Spirits Special Conditions

In the event the performance is cancelled due to inclement weather the ASC is not liable to refund costs you have incurred in order to attend the event. The performance takes place in a wilderness area potentially inhabited by a variety of native animals. We endeavour to provide safe performance and camping areas and abide by applicable Health and Safety laws, however the ASC and Djilpin Arts Aboriginal Corporation will not be liable for any act of nature resulting in physical injury, damages or unforseen costs to ticket holders while they attend the event and camp in the area. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times as there is an unfenced lake in the area. We recommend ticket holders obtain travel insurance to cover attendance at Walking With Spirits.

5. Merchandise Refunds

As a condition of sale, there are no refunds for merchandise once your booking is complete, unless the item is faulty. Merchandise returned by you because of a defect will be replaced, or, if stock is sold out refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. 6. Gift Certificates

As a condition of sale, there are no refunds of gift certificates once your booking is complete. A gift certificate is only valid for the selected production and is not transferable to other ASC productions or future ASC productions. Unredeemed gift certificates become void.

7. Young Bards Courses

Enrolment in Young Bards Courses is subject to terms and conditions as specified in the course information.

8. General

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

9. Sunday Summer Evenings

As the Sunday Summer evenings have so few performances, a 'inclement weather' performance is scheduled to take place on the Monday following the Sunday performance. This performance on the Monday will only take place if the Sunday evening performance has been cancelled due to inclement weather. It is a condition of sale, that by purchasing a ticket to the Sunday Evening performances, you agree that should the show be cancelled you will attend that Monday evening performance. 10. Ticket Exchanges for Change of Mind

To exchange tickets, please email boxoffice@shakespeareaustralia.com.au with your original tickets and the performance date you would like to change to. The ability to exchange tickets is subject to availability. Exchanges are not always possible and are not guaranteed. To exchange your tickets, a transaction fee of $5.50 will be charged.
